Susan's Place Transgender Wiki, the wiki for the Susan's Place Transgender Resources website, is a comprehensive work of reference on transgender topics. It "contains relevant information from Wikipedia and other sources for the transgendered community which also includes cross-dressers, transsexuals, transvestites, the Intersexed and those who love us."
One particularly great feature of the wiki is the highly detailed Standards of Care for the Health of Transsexual, Transgender, and Gender Nonconforming People article – which is a complete transcript of the 2001 (current) version of Standards of Care, as published by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). This article is well referenced, and also has valuable commentary, appropriate links, and an attached forum for discussion. A similar ethos of quality is evident throughout all articles on the wiki, though it should also be noted that many articles originated from the English Wikipedia, and remain as was imported. Overall, this is an extremely valuable 'one-stop-shop' global resource for the entire transgender and related communities.
The wiki runs on the ever-popular MediaWiki software, complimented by a unique custom skin by Susan Larson, with only Vector being available from the standard suite of skins. Its written content is released under the GNU Free Documentation License v1.2 (GNU FDL v1.2, or more commonly GFDL 1.2), "unless otherwise noted".
